At Guiding Bridges, we believe everyone deserves to live with dignity, independence, and comfort — no matter their age or ability. That's why we're dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized home health care that empowers our clients to stay in the place they know and love: home.
Our team of experienced caregivers and health professionals works closely with each client and their family to create a care plan tailored to their unique needs — whether that's help with daily activities, medication management, mobility support, companionship, or specialized care for chronic conditions. We don't just provide care; we build relationships rooted in trust, respect, and genuine attentiveness.
We understand that inviting someone into your home is a big decision. That's why every member of our staff is carefully vetted, trained, and committed to treating each client like family. Our goal is simple: to help you or your loved one live safely, comfortably, and independently, with the support you need close at hand.
Whether you're looking for a few hours of assistance each week or more comprehensive daily support, Guiding Bridges is here to walk alongside you — every step of the way.

Dawn C. Causey owns a HCBS company for 6 years and has been working with the DMH for over 38 years with 10 years as a Host Home provider. In her early 20's she worked for the State of Missouri as a Direct Care staff, but after a year she was promoted to oversee a group of individuals on cleaning cottages with others in the program (she taught them how to clean their cottage). She got back into the field in 2016 as a Host Home provider with her 1st roommate still sharing a home with her currently. She loves and feels really rewarded by the work that she does with DDI.
